Amron Lee currently serves as the Central Research Analyst for The Ray. Amron is an urban planner, designer, and researcher with a passion for geographic data analysis and reparative infrastructure solutions. Prior to joining The Ray, she worked as a Project Associate for Hester Street Collaborative in NYC, developing graphic tools, engagement strategies, and policy research to support community-led planning initiatives throughout NYC. She is also a core organizer with Friends of Gadsden Creek, a grassroots environmental justice campaign in Charleston, SC.

Amron holds an M.S. in City and Regional Planning from Pratt Institute and a B.A. in Design Studies from North Carolina State University.
